Legoland is a popular theme park in Dubai Parks and Resorts. There are two parts of Legoland, Legoland and Legoland Waterpark.

First, we went to the water park. When we entered, a photographer took a picture of us in front of a very watery background. They were selling water bottles that could be refilled from anywhere in the park. It was a great idea! I refilled the bottles a couple of times 🙂

In Legoland water park, there were many water slides of different sizes. They were really fun. There was a huge bucket filled with water. I’m not sure how much water was in it but the internet told me that the bucket contained about 500 gallons of water. The water park was a bit small but, it was a great experience. There was also a round pool with floaties and big bricks of legos in it. The bricks were not that hard nor soft. The pool was also small and was surrounding the whole waterpark.

Legoland was kind of boring for mom and dad but, Zoya, my sister and I found it very amusing. Almost everything was made of legos there. There was a picture of Albert Einstein made of legos.

There was a whole indoor section where a lot of popular buildings in Dubai were made of legos, check out the Burj Khalifa, in the middle of course:

There were few popular places from other parts of the world as well but I couldn’t recognize all of them.

There were many rides and we tried most of them. My favourite one (I have no idea what it was called) was so awesome. Two people had to be in one team, team A and team B. My mom and I were team A and sat in the red chairs. My dad and Zoya were team B and sat in the blue chairs. Each team had to sit in their coloured chairs and pull ropes to go up and let go to come down again. The team who made the most number of rounds would win. Sadly, team B won because mom did not like it when we came down and dad’s arms are stronger and he pulled a lot. (I wish I had taken a picture) Mom said, ”It tickled when we came down! That is why we lost.” I kinda found that hard to believe.

Another ride was very lame for me but, everyone else found it fun. There were trains and guns inside them. We were supposed to hit gems of different colours and get points for doing that.

It was so much fun in Dubai Parks and Resorts and I hope to go there again! Please share your experience in the comments below.
