Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 100g ginger, crushed (could be about 1.5 table spoon)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Add the crushed ginger first, followed by the garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add a splash of water, then stir in all the spices. Continue cooking, adding more water if needed, until the ginger and garlic are well cooked and the mixture is dry.
- Pour in the beaten eggs and mix continuously until fully cooked (about 1 minute).
