This is like the most easy recipe yet mouth watering scrambled eggs recipe.
- 2 large eggs
- 4 table spoon milk
- pinch of salt and pepper
Beat well, preferably using a an electric beater.
In a frying pan, add a drizzle of (rapeseed*) oil with about half a table spoon of (light) butter. Let it heat about 7 points on the induction hob. When the butter has melted, make sure it is covering all areas of the pan.
Add the eggs.
Now the trick is to let it settle for a less then a minute then slowly use a wooden spoon to keep stirring the eggs especially from the center of the pan so that they do not turn brown!
If it is overcooked in pan, it is overcooked in the plate. So as soon as the liquid disappears, move the egg to the plate.
In the above you can see that I have added:
- finger fish
- potato waffles
- baby broccoli
- and avocado
I like finger fish and potato waffles go in the oven before I prepare for my scrabbled eggs.
I like my broccoli boiled and I love the avocados with salt and pepper.
Enjoy your fancy scrambled eggs for your lazy weekend breakfast 🙂
